Co-founder and Media Manager at TAEZIZ21 Platform, Sufyan Ismail is a Sudanese media professional with extensive experience in photography, videography, TV program production, and design. He has worked with several media outlets including Bashair Al-Nile and Shariyan Al-Hamish, leading teams in production and coverage across North Darfur. Currently based in Kampala, he brings a strong passion for storytelling and digital content creation, blending media expertise with community engagement
With over 7 years of experience in strategic planning, peacebuilding, and program management across Sudan, Mr. Al-Zouma has led numerous initiatives in humanitarian response, civic education, and community resilience. As Chair of the Taeziz21 Conference in Kampala, he steered the event with vision and professionalism, ensuring its success as a regional milestone in digital media and innovation.
Dr. Ghazlan Al-Balushi is a seasoned trainer, consultant, and researcher specializing in entrepreneurship, project management, and business environment analysis. She holds an MBA from Franklin University (USA), is pursuing her PhD at MSU (Malaysia), and has delivered workshops and lectures across the Gulf and North Africa.
Her professional focus includes designing training programs for job seekers, empowering startups through data-driven strategies, and guiding organizational growth in alignment with Oman Vision 2040. She has published academic research in international journals, participated in high-level conferences, and is an active member of several regional innovation networks.
Dr. Ghazlan’s work bridges academic rigor with real-world impact, aiming to build resilient, adaptive entrepreneurial ecosystems across the Arab world.
